Sleep and health needs may go beyond the scope of my coaching.
The focus of coaching is always based on a client's sleep goals and desired outcomes. Referrals to medical specialists and mental health care professionals and sleep-related service are available.
No matter what your health needs are, having professional support helps to guide and support you in building a healthier you.
Community health promotion and education are core to my personal and professional values.
As one of the founding members of Sleep Tampa Bay, I invite you to visit our Facebook group and to join our sleep conscious community.
This free grassroots group is a network of people who are interested in learning about ways to gain healthier lives through quality sleep.
Our events are free and everyone is welcome to attend.
Together we evaluate your schedule and create a personalized sleep/wake plan that fits your lifestyle and goals. Whether you work a rotating shift or are retired, a morning person or a night owl, we'll help you create a sleep schedule designed to support your optimal health.
Your home will be set up for success to ensure that the best sleep tools are in place to encourage an inviting sleep space. Lighting, temperature, sound, and comfort are just a few of the factors we will evaluate and incorporate into your best nights sleep. Join and attend our home sleep setup programs so that you can set up your own space tailored just for your needs. From one-on-one personal sessions to group classes, we have everything you need to get your home set up for optimal sleep.
Stress is a major contributor to poor health. Our stress management techniques will help you reduce stress and improve your overall well-being. From yoga to meditation, we have everything you need to feel relaxed and refreshed. Join one of our evening yoga nidra sessions or one of the more famous virtual "Breathe Before Bed" sessions to get a great nights sleep. This is the most frequently attended.
Finding the perfect mask can be a challenge. Attending a CPAP Clinic can give your the opportunity to learn about the various masks on the market, and have your own mask evaluated. Mask fittings are done one-on-one or in a group, and the group sessions are very interactive and this is a great way to learn tips and tricks from other PAP therapy users. Bring your own CPAP equipment, including oral devices, and chin straps for mask fittings.
