In my private practice, I offer practical sleep health education and client driven coaching programs designed to meet my client's specific needs.
I promote sleep health awareness by hosting community outreach events, educational programs in the schools, and corporate training seminars.
Being passionate and well-versed in the science and psychology of sleep, my approach to sleep health education and coaching combines practical, clinical and personal experiences.
I provide clients with sleep and wakefulness education, and we work together to optimize health through therapeutic sleep. Implementing relaxation and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques for sleep are intricate components of my sleep coaching methodology.
Family Sleep Coaching
I work with families to create optimal sleep environments and bedtime routines for children and parents, so everyone has a chance to get healthy sleep. Designing a sleep routine that works within the family dynamic is often challenging and it is amazing once everyone sleeps well.
Homes with special-needs family members often look for additional "tips and tricks" to create sleep-friendly routines and sleep promoting environments. Challenges include caring for a medically complex family member, implementing sleep routines with a non-compliant sibling or parent, and creating consistency for families with varying sleep needs and schedules.
Shift Work Education and Coaching
I work with clients who work and manage rotating and overnight shifts, as well as clients who travel across time zones. With a keen awareness of the toll inconsistent and inadequate sleep has on the body, mind and spirit, I coach my clients on how best to maintain their health while working within the restrictions of an inconsistent rotating sleep/wake schedule. Together we develop strategies to balance the fine art of sleep and wakefulness while working against their body's natural circadian rhythm.

Providing direct patient care in hospital based adult and pediatric sleep centers, private sleep laboratories and medical sleep clinics, performing sleep studies to measure patients' sleep physiology, and comprehensive consultations on managing sleep disorders such as insomnia, obstructive sleep apnea and narcolepsy.
Co-Founder of Sleep Tampa Bay
Promoting sleep health education to the community through semi annual events when the time changes: Spring Forward and Fall Back. These events are free and open to the public to promote sleep health awareness.
